  1  1    Amend Senate File 2080 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 455D.13, Code 1997, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  3.  A sanitary landfill shall not
  1  7 accept waste oil filters for final disposal beginning
  1  8 July 1, 2000."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
