  1  1    Amend Senate File 2082 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 7 and 8 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "tamper with anhydrous
  1  4 equipment.  Tampering occurs when a person who is not
  1  5 authorized by the owner of anhydrous ammonia equipment
  1  6 uses the equipment in violation of a provision of this
  1  7 chapter, including a rule adopted by the secretary."
