  1  7    #3.  Page 1, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "mandate" the following:  "as identified pursuant to
  1  9 section 25B.5, subsections 1 and 2".
  1 10    #4.  Page 1, line 23, by inserting after the figure
  1 11 "411" the following:  "or any requirement pertaining
  1 12 to the enforcement of the Iowa criminal code under
