  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 13 and 14 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "livestock breeding
  1  4 industries of the state, or an agency,
  1  5 instrumentality, or political subdivision of the state
  1  6 a city, may".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 22, by striking the words
  1  8 "political subdivision of this state" and inserting
  1  9 the following:  "county".
  1 10    #3.  Page 1, lines 26 and 27, by striking the words
  1 11 "POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS" and inserting the following:
  1 12 "COUNTIES".
  1 13    #4.  Page 1, lines 28 and 29, by striking the words
  1 14 "political subdivision of this state" and inserting
  1 15 the following:  "county".
