  1  1    Amend the Committee amendment, S-3770, to House
  1  2 File 731, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the
  1  3 House, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, line 9, by striking the word "or".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "director" the following:  ", or an employee of a
  1  7 cremation establishment under the guidance of the
  1  8 establishment director".
  1  9    #3.  Page 3, line 20, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "disposition." the following:  "The board shall
  1 11 establish by rule the type and amount of training
  1 12 required for an employee of a funeral or cremation
  1 13 establishment to assume custody of a dead body or
  1 14 fetus."
