  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3464, to House File 697, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting before line 38 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 9, by striking lines 4 and 5 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "1.  Beginning in 1994, no later than January 31
  1  9 and July 31 of each year, unless no payments are made,
  1 10 a A lobbyist's".
  1 11    #   .  Page 9, by striking lines 10 and 11 and
  1 12 inserting the following:  "lobbying purposes during
  1 13 the preceding six calendar months.  The reports shall
  1 14 be filed on or before April 30, July 31, October 31,
  1 15 and January 31, for the preceding calendar quarter.
  1 16 Reports by lobbyists' clients shall be filed with
  1 17 the"."
  1 18    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
