  1  1    Amend Senate File 544 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 33, by striking the word "three"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "five".
  1  4    #2.  Page 3, by striking line 1 and inserting the
  1  5 following:  "election, two trustees shall be elected
  1  6 for one year, two for".
  1  7    #3.  Page 3, line 35, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "certificates." the following:  "However, certificates
  1  9 shall not be issued after January 1, 2007, except to
  1 10 refund other certificates as provided in subsection
  1 11 3."
  1 12    #4.  Page 6, by striking lines 2 through 14.
