  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-3553, to Senate File
  1  2 128, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 8 through 27 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 1, by striking line 12.""
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 29 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "#   .  Page 3, line 14, by inserting after the
  1 10 word "compromised." the following:  ""Aggregate form"
  1 11 also means that any compilation of the information
  1 12 shall not be based on an area which is smaller than a
  1 13 maternal health services region of the Iowa department
  1 14 of public health.""
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
