  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 6, by striking lines 23 and 24 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "1.  Up to three counties or combinations of
  1  6 counties may participate in a funding decategorization
  1  7 planning process as provided in this section.  Upon
  1  8 the request of a participating county, the department
  1  9 of human services and the".
  1 10    #2.  Page 6, line 28, by inserting before the word
  1 11 "county" the following:  "participating".
  1 12    #3.  Page 10, line 4, by inserting before the word
