  1  1    Amend House File 693, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "person." the following:  "The prohibition also does
  1  5 not apply to cases in which the communication pertains
  1  6 to results or circumstances pertaining to the results
  1  7 of chemical tests of specimens of a person's blood,
  1  8 breath, or urine which are taken to determine alcohol
  1  9 concentration or intoxication and are related to the
  1 10 operation of a motor vehicle by the person who is the
  1 11 subject of the test."
