  1  1    Amend House File 715, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 37, by inserting after line 34 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "The department shall develop a plan for
  1  6 implementing a dual diagnosis program at the state
  1  7 mental institute at Mount Pleasant to commence July 1,
  1  8 1998.  The department shall submit the plan to the
  1  9 governor and the general assembly on or before January
  1 10 2, 1998."
