1 2 #1. Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
1 3 "budget" the following: "in a county with a
1 4 population between one hundred sixty-five thousand and
1 5 one hundred seventy thousand, according to the 1990
1 6 federal decennial census,".
1 7 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 32 through 35.
1 8 #3. Page 2, line 3, by striking the word "Moneys"
1 9 and inserting the following: "For a county with a
1 10 population between one hundred sixty-five thousand and
1 11 one hundred seventy thousand, according to the 1990
1 12 federal decennial census, moneys".
1 13 #4. Page 2, by striking lines 8 and 9 and
1 14 inserting the following:
1 15 "Sec. . This Act is repealed effective June 30,
1 16 1998. The Code editor shall return the language in
1 17 Code section 29C.17, as amended in this Act, to the
1 18 language contained in section 29C.17, 1997 Code of
1 19 Iowa.
1 20 Sec. . APPLICABILITY. This Act applies to
1 21 emergency management agency budgets certified for the
1 22 fiscal year beginning on or after July 1, 1997."
1 23 #5. Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
1 24 word "of" the following: "certain".
1 25 #6. By renumbering as necessary.
