  1  3    #1.  Page 4, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "person." the following:  "The prohibition also does
  1  5 not apply to cases in which the communication pertains
  1  6 to chemical test results of specimens of a person's
  1  7 blood, breath, or urine which are obtained under
  1  8 chapter 321J."
