  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 and 2.
  1  4    #2.  Page 3, by striking line 13 and inserting the
  1  5 following:  "grandparent or an aunt or uncle of the
  1  6 pregnant minor in lieu".
  1  7    #3.  Page 3, lines 16 and 17, by striking the words
  1  8 "or an aunt or uncle" and inserting the following:
  1  9 "or an aunt or uncle".
  1 10    #4.  Page 3, by striking lines 21 through 24 and
  1 11 inserting the following:
  1 12    "(i)  A declaration that informs the grandparent or
  1 13 the aunt or uncle of the pregnant minor that the
  1 14 grandparent or aunt or uncle of the pregnant minor may
  1 15 be subject to civil action if the grandparent or aunt
  1 16 or uncle accepts".
  1 17    #5.  Page 3, line 26, by striking the words "or
  1 18 aunt or uncle" and inserting the following:  "or aunt
  1 19 or uncle".
  1 20    #6.  Page 5, by striking lines 16 and 17 and
  1 21 inserting the following:  "notification document
  1 22 mailed to a parent, grandparent, or aunt or uncle of
  1 23 the pregnant minor under this chapter, a".
  1 24    #7.  Page 5, line 27, by striking the words "or
  1 25 aunt or uncle" and inserting the following:  "or aunt
  1 26 or uncle".
  1 27    #8.  Page 6, by striking lines 7 and 8 and
  1 28 inserting the following:  "necessary for notification
  1 29 of the parent, grandparent, or aunt or uncle of a
  1 30 pregnant minor who is designated to receive".
  1 31    #9.  By renumbering as necessary.
