  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3357, to House File 625, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 16, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec. ___.  NEW SECTION.  272.12  PERMANENT
  1  9 PROFESSIONAL LICENSE.
  1 10    The minimum requirements for the board to award a
  1 11 permanent professional license to an applicant are as
  1 12 follows:
  1 13    1.  Possession of a valid practitioner's license.
  1 14    2.  Completion of four years of successful teaching
  1 15 experience.
  1 16    3.  Possession of a master's degree or a
  1 17 professional degree beyond a baccalaureate degree.""
  1 18    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 15 the
  1 19 following:
  1 20    "#   .  Title page, line 5, by inserting after the
  1 21 word "students," the following:  "the creation of a
  1 22 permanent teaching license,"."
