  1  1    Amend Senate File 527 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  Section 476.97, Code 1997, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  12.  A plan for price regulation,
  1  7 or the operation of a local exchange carrier under a
  1  8 price regulation plan, does not diminish or restrict
  1  9 the authority of the board with regard to complaints
  1 10 filed under section 476.3 or 476.11, or section
  1 11 476.101, subsection 8."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
