  1  1    Amend House File 544, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 2, by striking the word "child"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "family".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 14, by inserting before the word
  1  6 "foster" the following:  "family".
  1  7    #3.  Page 3, line 6, by inserting after the figure
  1  8 "1998." the following:  "The standards shall not
  1  9 impose unnecessary paperwork requirements and shall be
  1 10 developed as part of the placement agreements, which
  1 11 shall be attached to children's case permanency
  1 12 plans."
