  1  1    Amend House File 655, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 8, by striking lines 27 through 31 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
  1  6 department of economic development allocate $3,187,500
  1  7 for the purposes identified under section 15.343,
  1  8 subsection 2, paragraph "b", allocate $637,500 for the
  1  9 purposes identified in section 15.343, subsection 2,
  1 10 paragraph "c", $435,000 of which shall be allocated to
  1 11 high technology apprenticeship programs and
  1 12 distributed to the community colleges based upon
  1 13 contact hours under programs administered during the
  1 14 prior fiscal year as determined by the department of
  1 15 education, and allocate $1,706,028 for the purposes
  1 16 identified under section 15.343, subsection 2."
