  1  1    Amend Senate File 109 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  Section 85.71, subsection 2, Code 1997,
  1  5 is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    2.  The employee is working under a contract of
  1  7 hire made in this state in employment not principally
  1  8 localized in any state and the employee spends a
  1  9 substantial part of the employee's working time
  1 10 working for the employer in this state, or".
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
