  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "The county treasurer or the department shall
  1  5 provide each applicant making a contribution under
  1  6 this section with information regarding the
  1  7 distributions made from the fund and the use made of
  1  8 funds retained by the county."
