  1  1    Amend Senate File 241 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, line 6, by striking the words "UNPAID
  1  3 CLAIMS" and inserting the following:  "CLAIMS AGAINST
  1  4 A BENEFICIARY OF A TRANSFER ON DEATH SECURITY
  1  5 REGISTRATION."
  1  6    #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "   .  A district court in this state shall have
  1  9 subject matter jurisdiction over a claim against a
  1 10 designated beneficiary brought by the decedent's
  1 11 personal representative or by a claimant to an
  1 12 interest in a security registered under this division.
  1 13 Any provision in a security registration form
  1 14 restricting jurisdiction over a claim, or restricting
  1 15 a choice of forum, to a forum outside this state is
  1 16 void."
  1 17    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
