  1  2    #1.  Page 6, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "initiation" the following:  "and formal supervision".
  1  4    #2.  Page 6, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "confinement" the following:  "and shall be monitored
  1  6 as part of the formal probation or parole supervision
  1  7 which is performed by the person's probation or parole
  1  8 officer".
