  1  1    Amend Senate File 395 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section    .  Section 96.19, subsection 18,
  1  5 paragraph a, subparagraph (6), subparagraph
  1  6 subdivision (f), Code 1997, is amended by striking the
  1  7 subparagraph subdivision.
  1  8    Sec.    .  Section 96.19, subsection 18, paragraph
  1  9 g, Code 1997, is amended by adding the following new
  1 10 subparagraph:
  1 11    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH.  (8)  Services performed by an
  1 12 inmate of a custodial or penal institution."
  1 13    #2.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 14 word "benefits," the following: "unemployment
  1 15 compensation for inmates,".
  1 16    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
