1 1 Amend the amendment, S-3141, to Senate File 240, as

1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 1 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "#___. Page 15, by inserting after line 35 the
1 6 following:
1 7 "3. If funds received from the federal government
1 8 for a specific grant number specified in this Act is
1 9 less than the amount appropriated, the amount
1 10 appropriated shall be reduced accordingly. An annual
1 11 report listing any such appropriation reduction shall
1 12 be submitted to the fiscal committee of the
1 13 legislative council."
1 14 #___. Page 16, by inserting after line 12 the
1 15 following:
1 16 "3. If funds received from the federal government
1 17 for a specific grant number specified in this Act
1 18 exceeds the amount appropriated, the excess amount is
1 19 appropriated for the purpose designated in the
1 20 appropriation. An annual report listing any such
1 21 excess appropriations shall be submitted to the fiscal
1 22 committee of the legislative council.""
