  1  1    Amend Senate File 362 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 31, by striking the word
  1  3 "departmental".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, line 33, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "wildlife" the following:  "to the department.  The
  1  6 criteria for issuing depredation permits shall be
  1  7 established in administrative rules in consultation
  1  8 with the farmer advisory committee created in section
  1  9 481A.10A".
