  1  1    Amend Senate File 280 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "information." the following:  "However, the immunity
  1  4 provided pursuant to this section shall not apply if
  1  5 an employer or prospective employer discriminates or
  1  6 retaliates against an employee or prospective employee
  1  7 based upon information provided about the employee
  1  8 that the employee has exercised, or is believed to
  1  9 have exercised, any right conferred by state or
  1 10 federal law or has undertaken any action encouraged by
  1 11 the public policy of this state."
