  1  1    Amend House File 92, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 30 through 35 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "notwithstanding subsection
  1  5 2, the amount of moneys allocated to the institutions
  1  6 under the control of the department of human services
  1  7 as provided in section 218.1, subsections 1, 2, 3, and
  1  8 5, shall be a total of not more than forty-five
  1  9 thousand dollars for each fiscal year, to be
  1 10 distributed proportionately between the four
  1 11 institutions by the department of education."
