  1  1    Amend Senate File 177 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  Section 321L.2, subsection 3, paragraph
  1  5 b, subparagraph (3), Code 1997, is amended to read as
  1  6 follows:
  1  7    (3)  The signature of the person who has been
  1  8 issued the placard and the signature of the physician
  1  9 or chiropractor who made the determination that the
  1 10 person was handicapped for purposes of issuance of the
  1 11 placard."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
