  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "7.  To any publication of the department of
  1  5 workforce development.  Written material produced by
  1  6 the department of workforce development relating to
  1  7 any matter within the scope of the department's
  1  8 authority may be published in any language the
  1  9 department currently utilizes or may find necessary to
  1 10 utilize in the future in order to effectively
  1 11 communicate with the intended recipient of the
  1 12 material."
