  1  1    Amend Senate File 58 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "7.  To written materials provided by a school to a
  1  5 student where the dominant family language spoken in
  1  6 the student's home is a language other than the
  1  7 English language.  Any material sent home with a
  1  8 student or distributed by a school or school district
  1  9 may be written in the dominant language spoken in the
  1 10 student's home."
