  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3030, to Senate File 5 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 46, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "plates." the following:  "A person eligible for a
  1  5 refund under this section shall submit a claim for a
  1  6 refund to the state department of transportation on a
  1  7 form for that purpose obtained from the county
  1  8 treasurer."
