  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 1 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 49, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "forms" the following:  "except as provided in
  1  4 subsections 3A and 3B".
  1  5    #2.  Page 50, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "3A.  During the 15th week of the first session and
  1  8 the 13th week of the second session, the senate shall
  1  9 convene on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and
  1 10 thereupon shall stand at ease to allow conference
  1 11 committees to meet.  During those three days the
  1 12 senate shall not consider any bills, resolutions, or
  1 13 conference committee reports but may come to order to
  1 14 receive the filing of conference committee reports.
  1 15    3B.  The senate shall not consider a conference
  1 16 committee report until twenty-four hours have elapsed
  1 17 since the report was filed and distributed to the
  1 18 desks of the entire membership of the senate."
  1 19    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
