  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 1 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 49, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "forms" the following:  "except as provided in
  1  4 subsection 3A".
  1  5    #2.  Page 50, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "3A.  The senate shall not consider a conference
  1  8 committee report until twenty-four hours have elapsed
  1  9 since the report was filed and distributed to the
  1 10 desks of the entire membership of the senate."
  1 11    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
