  1  1    Section 1.  347 Iowa administrative code, chapter 101, is

  1  3    Sec. 2.  This joint resolution, being deemed of immediate
  1  4 importance, takes effect upon enactment.  
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This joint resolution nullifies the chapter of the division
  1  7 of labor services within the department of workforce
  1  8 development that regulates professional shoot fighting.
  1  9    The joint resolution is effective upon enactment.
