  1  1              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 2
  1  2                By Siegrist and Schrader
  1  3    BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
  1  4 SENATE CONCURRING, That a joint convention of the two
  1  5 houses of the 1997 session of the Seventy-seventh
  1  6 General Assembly be held on Wednesday, January 15, 1997,
  1  7 at 10:00 a.m.; and
  1  8    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Chief Justice McGiverin
  1  9 be invited to present his message of the condition of
  1 10 the judicial department at this convention, and recommend
  1 11 such matters as the Chief Justice deems expedient, pursuant
  1 12 to section 602.1207 of the Code.
