  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 9, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "In selecting projects to receive financing, it is
  1  6 the intent of the general assembly that the
  1  7 corporation seek projects with wage, benefit, and work
  1  8 safety plans which improve the quality of employment
  1  9 in the state and which would not displace employees of
  1 10 existing Iowa agricultural industry ventures."
