  1  1    Amend Senate File 2415, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  A corporation shall not provide financing to
  1  6 an eligible recipient to support an Iowa agricultural
  1  7 industry venture, unless the board of directors for
  1  8 the corporation determines that the eligible recipient
  1  9 has a substantial equity position in the Iowa
  1 10 agricultural industry venture."
