For deposit in the Iowa empowerment fund if 1 10 legislation providing for the creation of an Iowa 1 11 empowerment board, an Iowa empowerment fund, and for 1 12 the appropriation of moneys to be administered by a 1 13 community empowerment area, is enacted by the Seventy- 1 14 seventh General Assembly, 1998 Session: 1 15 .................................................. $5,200,0001 16 10,400,000"" 1 17 #2.
