  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-9210, to House File
  1  2 2533, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 32 through 34 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "section 1, subsection 1, if
  1  6 enacted, is amended by striking the subsection.""
  1  7    #2.  By striking page 1, line 40, through page 3,
  1  8 line 21.
  1  9    #3.  Page 8, by inserting after line 12 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "Sec. ___.  Section 256.22, if enacted by 1998 Iowa
  1 12 Acts, Senate File 2366, section 4, is repealed.""
  1 13    #4.  Page 8, line 20, by striking the figures
  1 14 "256.22, 257.13," and inserting the following:
  1 15 "257.13".
  1 16    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
