  1  1    Amend Senate File 2381, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Of the amount appropriated in this subsection, or
  1  6 as much thereof as is necessary, an amount not to
  1  7 exceed $500,000 shall be used to implement soil
  1  8 conservation practices or install silt catchment
  1  9 basins in the watershed of Backbone lake located at
  1 10 Backbone state park to prevent further siltation and
  1 11 preserve the recreational benefits achieved by the
  1 12 "Save the Backbone Lake" dredging project performed in
  1 13 1998."
