  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-9177, to the Senate
  1  2 amendment, H-9118, to House File 2498, as amended,
  1  3 passed, and reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 12 through 19 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "conducted by the licensee.
  1  6 The commission shall not allow a licensee to conduct
  1  7 gambling games on an excursion gambling boat while
  1  8 docked during the off season if the licensee does not
  1  9 operate gambling excursions for a minimum number of
  1 10 days during the excursion season.  The commission may
  1 11 delay the commencement of the excursion season at the
  1 12 request of a licensee shall determine the minimum
  1 13 number of excursions, if any, to be required.""
