  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-9118, to House File
  1  2 2498, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, line 11, by inserting after the figure
  1  5 "35,000" the following:
  1  6    "It is the intent of the general assembly that each
  1  7 public retirement system responsible for performing
  1  8 the examination as described in this subsection shall
  1  9 share equally the cost of conducting the examination.
  1 10 Moneys appropriated in this subsection shall be used
  1 11 by the Iowa public employees' retirement system to
  1 12 provide its proportionate share of the cost of the
  1 13 examination."
