  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-9082, to Senate Joint
  1  2 Resolution 2004, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "bill" the following:  "or unless the bill also
  1  5 contains a provision reducing property taxes resulting
  1  6 in a revenue neutral net fiscal impact for the bill".
