  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-9079, to Senate Joint
  1  2 Resolution 2004, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 3, by striking the figure "28"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "23".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "year" the following:  "in excess of ten percent of
  1  7 the adjusted revenue estimate for that fiscal year".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 9 and 10 and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "one hundred percent of such
  1 10 excess.  Any surplus equal to ten"."
