  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-9065, to Senate Joint
  1  2 Resolution 2004, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "law." the following:  "However, the General Assembly
  1  5 may provide for less than one hundred percent
  1  6 reimbursement of such revenue loss or costs of such
  1  7 obligations if the bill providing for this is approved
  1  8 by at least three-fifths vote of the whole membership
  1  9 of each house of the General Assembly."
