  1  1    Amend Senate Joint Resolution 2004, as passed by
  1  2 the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  The General Assembly shall provide state
  1  6 reimbursement to local taxing jurisdictions for one
  1  7 hundred percent of the loss of property tax revenues
  1  8 resulting from property tax credits passed by the
  1  9 General Assembly and shall provide one hundred percent
  1 10 of the cost to local governmental units for
  1 11 obligations of the state as provided by law."
