  1  1    Amend Senate Joint Resolution 2004, as passed by
  1  2 the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  Lottery revenues received by the state after
  1  6 deduction of prizes and administrative expenses shall
  1  7 be credited to a special fund which shall be separate
  1  8 from the general fund of the state.   Moneys in this
  1  9 special fund shall be expended as determined by the
  1 10 General Assembly for nonrecurring projects."
