1 1 Amend Senate Joint Resolution 2004, as amended by
1 2 the Senate, as follows:
1 3 #1. By striking page 2, line 33, through page 3,
1 4 line 1 and inserting the following:
1 5 "6. The scope of the expenditure limitation under
1 6 subsection 3 shall not include federal funds,
1 7 donations, and moneys in expenditures from a state
1 8 retirement system. The scope of the expenditure
1 9 limitation under subsection 3 shall include moneys in
1 10 the road use tax fund, unemployment trust fund, the
1 11 fish and game trust fund, and any other
1 12 constitutionally dedicated moneys; moneys in the
1 13 rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund or its successor;
1 14 moneys in the cash reserve fund or its successor; and
1 15 moneys in the economic emergency fund or its
1 16 successor."
