  1  1    Amend Senate File 2410, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 37, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
  1  6 admissions requirements of the consent decree shall
  1  7 also be applied to the state university of Iowa
  1  8 hospital-school for children with disabilities.  The
  1  9 state board of regents shall submit to the general
  1 10 assembly proposed amendments to chapter 263 to codify
  1 11 the admissions requirements of the consent decree."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
