  1  1    Amend Senate File 2280, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 10, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "department" the following:  ", in consultation with
  1  5 the advisory committee for perinatal guidelines,".
  1  6    #2.  Page 10, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "recommendations." the following:  "Hospitals within
  1  8 the state shall determine whether to participate in
  1  9 the statewide perinatal program, and select the
  1 10 hospital's level of participation in the program.  A
  1 11 hospital having determined to participate in the
  1 12 program shall comply with the guidelines appropriate
  1 13 to the level of participation selected by the
  1 14 hospital."
